Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at AmaiGear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with our return and exchange process.


14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day policy for returns and exchanges, which begins the day you receive your item.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and labels still attached. It must also be in its original packaging.

 

How to Start a Return (for a Refund)

If you wish to return your item for a refund, please email us at amaigearshop@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AmaiGear is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

 

How to Start an Exchange

If you need a different size or item, we are happy to process an exchange.

  1. Contact Us: Email us at amaigearshop@gmail.com with your order number and let us know which item you are returning and the new item/size you would like.
  2. Return Your Item: Once we confirm the new item is in stock, please send your original item back to us. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.
  3. Process & Ship: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an invoice to cover the shipping cost for your new replacement item. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship your new item to you.

If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process your return as a refund instead.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at amaigearshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it for you quickly.
