Thank you for shopping at AmaiGear! We are excited to get our unique anime apparel to you. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and timelines to ensure you have a clear understanding of when to expect your order.

 

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation.

During periods of high demand or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, and Australia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to carrier issues or customs processing, which are outside of our control.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours.

You can use this tracking number to follow your order's journey to your doorstep.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For all international orders outside of the United Kingdom, please be aware of the following:

AmaiGear is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied to your order by your local authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing an order.

 

5. Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. AmaiGear is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping the item.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

AmaiGear is not liable for items that are damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
